Sure...

Purchased suppressor... Life happened before I had a chance to file the forms. Illness resulted in hospitalization and eventual loss of employment. Took a while to get back on my feet and dig out of debt... Even longer to justify expense of the stamp with considerably lower income.

A buddy and local shop owner form 3'd it to his shop for me and agreed to hold it until I was ready.

10/12 - Contacted ATF re: removal of trustee. Pre41F, notification of such is not required. Discovered pending date was 05/26.
