NICS - Delayed again

OK, so for the second time in 3 weeks I've been delayed.... How many times have you all been delayed?

Apply for your UPIN. I haven't been delayed since I received mine. It took about 150 days to receive it.

Never, but then again I have only bought one gun that I had to have a NCIS check on, the others were private sales.

If you get delayed every time... See about applying for a personal ID number from the BATFE that you put on the Form 4473. This could save you your delay troubles!

That's what I was thinking... just wasn't sure how many times I had to be delayed before it was "appropriate"

Now I just need to file the paperwork.

Working on that now... just sent an email to ATFE as I can't find any forms pertaining to it on their website. Will post results, after I get them and verify that they are not already in a STICKY!

All I have to say is what the hell is going on down in Kentucky? They are some gun buying fools down there.

Did you see the numbers for 2010? Almost 2.5 million down there last year, no other state broke one million. Hopefully they aren't planning an invasion across the Ohio.
