So we've been told that NK has missiles and nukes. We've been told that the missiles are inaccurate and the US mainland is out of their range. We've been told that the nukes are low yield and are too big to be mounted to the missiles.

After seeing this article, I started to wonder about other information we've been told and if its not just our government's propoganda to keep us calm. Could NK be a stronger foe than we realize? Could their missiles and nukes be an actual threat to us here in the US?
I realize the importance of military secrets, but if NK has nuclear missiles, aren't we then the ones being fed propoganda from one government (US) and told the propaganda from another government (NK) is just rhetoric.
