They have to put one to the head of each of those steroid injected birds they sell. When I used to eat there, I could have sworn they were serving fried turkey.

Now, am I correct when I say that sign doesn't really mean anything? I can still CC in there legally, right?

Of course, CC is the ONLY way to carry. I'm just sayin' :D

That's too bad. I love Church's chicken. I wonder if this is a company wide thing or just this particular store? Out of curiosity which store was this? Oh well guess Popeye's and the Colonel will get my cash instead. Thanks for posting this.

That's hilarious! I did service work for Churches in the Chicago area back in the early 80's. On 2 different occasions armed robberies took place while I was on the premises. In one case a shotgun was discharged into the ceiling by one of the perpetrators. I am sure they would have turned around and left had that sign been in place.

I know for sure that's there's one in Fountain Square, but I don't know if they have such a sign. I've never been there.

Since it is private property, they CAN post that weapons are not allowed, and then CC isn't permitted

Yes they CAN post it, but it carries no legal weight. Now, if you carried in there, they discovered it, and then asked you to leave, you must leave under threat of illegal trespassing. But just posting it doesn't mean going CC is suddenly illegal.
