No gun signs

Seriously? Am I the only one that finds it odd/funny in a macabre sort of way that they posted a no guns sign at a cemetery?

What the hell are we supposed to do when the zombies attack??

Personally I've NEVER seen a sign indicating no firearms, ever, really!!

In vigo county I've only seen the following:
The Honey Creek square mall
Gander mountain (sort of)
I did get a verbal @ 19th and Margret gas station.....I think its a Jiffy?
A friend got a verbal @ K-Mart gas station on 41. Is that still open?

Gander Mountain??? The one in Greenwood welcomes us, they do want it unloaded if you're going back to see the gunsmith about it though!

Sec. 1. (a) The following definitions apply throughout this rule:
(1) "Federal enforcement officer" has the meaning set forth in 5 U.S.C. 8331 or IC 35-41-1-17, or both.
(2) "Law enforcement officer" has the meaning set forth in IC 35-41-1-17.
(3) "Security personnel" means an employee of the riverboat licensee or a supplier licensee who:
(A) holds the appropriate level of occupational license under IC 4-33-8 and 68 IAC 2-3; and
(B) is employed in the riverboat licensee's security department or by a supplier licensee that contractually provides
security services to a riverboat licensee.
(b) No individual other than an enforcement agent shall carry a weapon on board the riverboat. A law enforcement officer or
a federal enforcement officer:
(1) whose sole purpose for being on the riverboat is the performance of official duties; and
(2) who has advised the enforcement agent or the commission that the officer will be on board the riverboat;
shall be allowed to carry a weapon on board the riverboat.
(c) The riverboat licensee shall post a sign in a prominent place at the point of passenger ingress stating, "No weapons are
allowed beyond this point. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate removal from the riverboat, immediate
detention by security personnel, the imposition of civil penalties, or exclusion under IC 4-33.".
(d) The riverboat licensee shall provide a secure place to which patrons do not have access to store weapons checked by:
(1) patrons;
(2) off duty law enforcement officers; or
(3) off duty federal enforcement officers.
(e) Security personnel may carry a weapon on board the riverboat during times that patrons are not present. (Indiana Gaming

I'm curious as to why nobody has asked yet. Why did you put up a no firearms permitted sign?
I've never noticed any signs in Pike township (NW Indy) but I've never really looked.

My employer had a strict no firearms policy until the law came about that allows for carry in your locked vehicle and Im the guy who posted all the other signage that day so naturally I had to put that one up.
Ive been looking in Wayne township and cant find them.

hospitals always have "no guns" signs.

The hospital in Richmond doesnt have a single "NO GUNS" sign anywhere. Its the only hospital around and Ive checked every entry and exit Ive seen and there arent any.

I know its a safety thing but it kind of annoys me that I cant take my gun in a GUN shop. But it is what it is so

These signs crack me up. Are they so ignorant that they don't realize criminals typically flock to these "no carry zones?"
