I have long believed that a TracPhone ect...would be better than a phone with a "plan".Don't really know why I feel this way.I would like info on the capabilities of phones,and how they can be monitored.My son in High School swears that the principle sometimes comes into classes and makes kids turn their phones off,that no one knew they had! Sorry to be off topic a little.
