Non Compliance Use Varience

Have to go in front of Board of Works/Zone. to get a varience to open a Gun Shop in the neighborhood where i live. Anyone have advise. Didnt seem to impossible when i went to buy the property(which has been retail location for 90+years) But when 1 gun haten neighbor started to complain, then well you know. Call Len at Len's Gun Shop in South Bend. He went through the same thing.

Goshen, IN recently tried the same thing. The owner contacted Len and was able to have it voted down in one council meeting.
