Im sure pushing things online vs straight paper has nothing to do with it. Last gun I bought at a Gander Mountain they made me type out my info so that it could be submitted online and then the 4473 printed out for a signature and long term storage. Whats to stop them from saving the data in a database while they are printing the form?

So much for the whole "we cant track your guns. Since everything is on paper the system is decentralized so we cant easily look up your guns" argument that has worked well for how many years?
