    No, not engineered unless they paid off two developers to do it.

    I saw a report last night the developer ultimately responsible for the bug stepped forward. He admitted he forgot to add some type of check against his code snippet he submitted, and the person who signed off on his submission who was supposed to look for errors and malicious intent didnt notice the error either.

    If you think the government is working for anyone's best interest except for itself, you are fooling yourself.

    Utilizing the flaw rather than reporting it borders on treasonous. Foreign agencies free to exploit our biggest companies, and therefor our economy. Instead of protecting Americans, the NSA endangering them.
