There are a few that reload heavy in nwi but as I suspect your character is like theirs they tend to keep to themselves. Reloaders are like that.

The reloading sub-channel is your best bet in getting to talk shop with other reloaders here on ingo.

The nwi thread others pointed to can be a bit of too much noise for some. Look in the events section for upcoming emstuff in the area. As winter is now here some hibernate in terms of events.
