gunbunnies, that is true, during basic medic training in the Army and I do remember something like this being taught in the class....

Yeah, its a 97 buck mark. I took it down to the frame and cleaned everything. Its in really good shape w/ a sweet trigger.
The grips feel good. Can't wait to shoot it.

actually I should find one of those open tents to put over the hatch and a hose to get the exhaust away from the back so I can heat the tent with the rear heater in the truck....

Went shooting at Michigan city rifle club with a friend. Dinging steel at 200 yards was fun, but cold. There's a few budings there, we were able to take warm up breaks. My buddy knocked a steel target of the rubber strap with his Finnish mosin. Got some new loads tested out. It was a good(cold) day.
