So you guys (and girl and Jedi) know that I have a high school Russian foreign exchange student fencer that I'm coaching ... she is being recruited by some top colleges for their teams. Got the full press by Northwestern’s coaches a couple days ago. We are flying out to Stanford in March. East coast school in April/May. All good stuff.

But this girl is not from a wealthy family. She needs a fencing or academic scholarship. She is already beating collegiate fencers and even won gold at a national tournament in Northwestern's new facility that opened a few months ago. So she is an amazing fencer. Also very smart. The high school can not find hard enough calculus or physics problems to challenge her.

She is LEGALLY in the United States to study. If she was here ILLEGALLY then top universities would give her 100% financial aid. But since she followed the rules and is legally here, they are looking at giving her aid equal to about 25% of tuition + 0% for books/food/housing costs.

I'm no sure if it was him (doubtful) or Verizon's delivery delay. Knowing I was off today probably factored into my level of annoyance. I forsee a nap in my future.

I'm assuming a piece of plastic will replace my paper copy.

Pretty sure meant the situation is wrong.
Really sucks "we" reward those doing wrong, but make those doing it right really work hard for things.

you did NOT have to pay.
you could of just updated online and kept your old card.
