Just in case any of you are snoozin' or too busy drinking. I'm sure there are multiple threads in the general forum. Don't want anyone to miss this story though. We have to pay attention otherwise next thing you know ... you might be next. The key thing to pay attention to is the fact that one side is absolutely not playing by the rules. I hope ya'll are bright enough to follow that short little bunny trail to it's logical conclusion. If you are, you'll know why you have some skin in this game. Hopefully you will pick up a phone or write a letter to your Reps to demand some action.
    Been watching this too.

Scary stuff when the ATF is allowed to make up its own rules and ignore them at their own convenience.

So Heineken and Sam Addams pull out of some St. Patricks Day parades because they won't let gay groups march. My question is, what does being gay have to do with a Catholic holiday, or the celebration of being Irish.

Thank you for the information GB.
I can run the GB no problem.
I'll post in the group buy thread by this afternoon.
It's $28.50 that really kills the deals but oh well.
Looking at it the $28.50 is for ever 35,000 primers and knowing how some of you buy that may be only 3 people that can split that charge.
Shipping is actually pretty decent from that place.

    So anyone else interested?

Calling all Lame/Crippled Platoon members. I sprained my ankle last November. It mostly healed in about 4 weeks but never felt 100%. Last week a sharp pain started coming back and is getting much worse. Wondering if I have broken or dislocated one of those little bones below the ankle? Recommendations for a good Orthopedist in Lake County would be appreciated.

Corporations anymore get free publicity for being politically correct, or defending the minority, in this case, the gay population and liberals. I'm with you though SadClown, what does beer or St. Pattys Day have to do with sexual orientation? Crazy.

I've been to Dr. Schwartz at http://www.orthopedicdoctors.com when I had a torn rotator cuff. Don't know how much better he is than anyone else, but I was happy with him.

Check out the possibility of tendonitis also. I get really sharp pains in my right foot/ankle just below my ankle bone on the inside. (In this picture, it's right where the thumb is.) Good arch supports help me a lot.

Take the Catholic out of all holidays and you have our new improved gubmint holidays.

But let me also ask, what does drinking alcohol have to do with a Catholic holiday . . . oh, wait, uh nevermind.

Because it's not good enough or profitable enough for corporations to appeal to the masses anymore. They have to drum up a campaign based on the "out of normal range" to get attention. Look at the Coke commercials from the SuperBowl. Great example.

You're missing the point. It's discrimination. If they told a group of black people or a bunch of disabled people that they couldn't march in the parade, would that be OK?

    You're missing the point.

Gays were allowed in the parade.
They just weren't allowed to make it a "gay" event.
    They wanted banners and floats.

There was no naacp banners or floats.

    There is a distinction.

Dr. Hecht at Orthopedic Specialists of Northwest Indiana in Munster took care of mine a few years ago. He is very forthright with treatment options and what is going on.
