Seems to me that this was tried before?
I'd love to hear some of our legal eagles jump in on this. The AP is running the story, in it they say the complaint claims the gun maker (Hi Point) intentionally sold guns to irresponsible gun dealers. The distributor was also named in the suit as being part to this intentional sale to an irresponsible dealer.
Wonder how they can prove that?

Honestly if they can prove that the gun sale was intentionally made to an irresponsible dealer then the people should be slapped. We don't need irresponsible dealers. But if the dealer was following the laws then I don't see how they can prove their case?
