    Personally, I don't think Gregory or this guy should be charged. NY's gun laws are offensive to me and I'm perfectly happy to see them not be enforced. In fact, the more they're not enforced, the harder it becomes to enforce them on anyone else. "Selective enforcement" can be a pretty powerful defense. I don't harbor a jealousy of someone who has money, so I don't need to seem them catch an unjust felony conviction just to satisfy a blood lust.

    You are hitting it right on the head each time I read one of your post. I commend you candor but restraint as well. I wish we could send you to Washington to speak for us.

    Asinine disregard of the Constitution notwithstanding, the prosecutor will have a tough call. This guy has money and therefore could be far more profitable to shake down than a street hood, but then again he has the money to fight back. One wonders how the risk versus reward will work out.

    If I was the victim in this case I would spend a bunch of money raising a stink. I sure hope he does I would like to see it in SCOTUS
