But you can buy as many 16 oz drinks as you like. What's the difference. They're creating more waste. I think they have more important things to worry about then sodas.

Maybe we need a 2012 version of "Smokey and the Bandit"? Smuggle in some 32 oz. sodas!

East bound and down, loaded up and truckin',
We're gonna do what they say can't be done.
We've got a long way to go and a short time to get there.
I'm east bound, just watch ol' "Bandit" run.

Think it could spread here? People around here seem to really love the giant polar pop.

If big gulps are outlawed, only outlaws will have big gulps!! Better stock up on them.
Pre-ban big gulps will have a premium.

Warrantless Search and Seisure checkpoints will be setup by NYPD and TSA. All incoming vehicles will be subject to search and all cups bigger than 16 Oz will be seized, while the driver and occupants are bodyslammed to the ground and told to stop resisting...

They'll next be asking to sample your smaller drinks for explosives residue...

Don't you see? This is a ploy to increase TAX revenue! You can buy one 32 oz drink for $1.50 or two 16oz drinks for $3...At 7% sales tax, that just doubled his revenue for the same amount of soda!!!!!

Next thing we'll here is his newest group "Mayors Againt Illegal Big Gulps" trying to pressure Gov Christy in NJ to close the Movie Show Loophole to keep people from smuggling them into the city.

Wait until Obamacare is implemented... you can expect widespread regulation on just about anything that will make you unhealthy.

This is why we have had all those, "would you enforce stupid law X if it was ever declared illegal?" with our INGO police officers. When they (the nobles, not INGO police officers) are allowed to tell us what we can and cannot put into our bodies, they will continue to tell us what we can and cannot put into our bodies.

We had more freedom under King George.

...and how many carbs/sugar in alcohol? Isn't it so comforting to know that we have people out there who are looking after what we are taking in to our bodies. How about the quality(or lack thereof) of the air or the aquifer? How about meat glue or allowable levels of cellulose that are added to food? In light of what the FDA or EPA does allow, it is seemingly absurd to give the appearance that our health is their concern.

This does make me wonder what is the ulterior motive...
