Now time to overturn the ban on "Chinese throwing stars" in Indiana? :dunno:

A lot of those laws are based on the fear of Ninjas apparently.

The streets of New York will run black and blue from all of the nunchaku-ings that soon ensue.

    Drive-by nunchaku attacks are inevitable!

These laws are almost exclusively created out of fear from movies they saw from the late 70's to the early 90's. Bans born from ignorance. Good to see this kind of crap overturned.

I’m pretty certain ALL infringements on 2A are borne out of ignorance and too many movies.

HPA got sidelined because of Hollywood assassin movies.
the NFA got created due to mobsters and their glorification in film.
Hughes got passed due to all those ZOMG soooo cool 80s action flicks.

And yet, ATF/FBI confiscate 800-900 Machineguns from criminal gangs yearly, if any of that crap worked against the criminal element I’m sure a law passed in 1934 would stop them by now.

Swords, Spears, bows, nunchaku, throwing stars etc shouldn’t have a prohibition.

BTW, the fact that nunchaku made the “common use” clause in the courts opinion makes me believe things with a giggle switch should as well

Hopefully, it gets appealed and goes to SCOTUS for a more in-depth look at laws covering all these types of weapons as others have mentioned. It's ridiculous that I can own throwing knives but not throwing stars in this state.

Under regulation length, look like NFA items to me.

Someone posted that pic on a C&R Facebook group page that I visit and some people were really upset by it. Some for chopping up Mosins and some talking about the NFA thing. Some of those guys just have no sense of humor when it comes to C&R stuff. In reality (if they are real), they're basically a pair of Obrez "pistols".
