Frankly, I have little doubt. I pray they don't choose to "sacrifice their own" on the alter of the state....it would be amongst the worst of things that could happen for Liberty.

with all the military commanders and military people in positions of power that obama has gotten rid of, who knows what the command would really think or do.

How would we go about that? Removing him under our laws would require the House to impeach and the Senate to try him. There is no other lawful way to remove someone from the office of the President, and I know no one here would advocate other means of doing so.

I know another way. The end of his second term, requiring a Constitutionally mandated election in which he could not run and if elected by magic, could not serve. Any attempt by such a president to inhibit such an election of new leadership would constitute high crimes. Luckily, after the end of his term, he's no longer President and may be removed from the physical room known as the Oval Office by any means necessary. Note, I didn't say "removed from office", as the tides of time itself will remove Obama from holding the powers of the office of the President effectively enough. Impeachment is only for a President. Once his Constitutionally limitted number of terms is up, regardless of his claims to the contrary, he his no longer the President, thus impeachment is not required to remove him from the building, even if a special ops mission is.

But this is moot.

I thought that Clinton would pull something in the waning days of his last term to stay in office, and nothing came from that. I don't see anything coming of this Pretendant's waning days in office either.
