I would say he is uninformed, as for eight years and now for the rest of his pathetic life, he and his family were protected by the Secret Service. And, yes again, he certainly acts that stupid. Since he is a member of the "elite", he can look down his nose at the rest of us. Now, however, since he is no longer the Prez, he has to go to other countries to spew his baloney as he may suspect we would not put up with it any longer here.
