    In Search of the Holy Grail
    hmmm I read that bill so much when they first started arguing about it and don't remember reading anything about guns in it.. but 2000 pages, there could be almost anything in it.
    Now I have to go back and start reading it over again :( Too much reading and only about 1% of it makes any sense........

    That particular piece of the bill doesn't apply directly to firearms. It applies to businesses and vendors. You'll have to do a 1099 for any transaction over $600. It's just something else to saddle small businesses with.

    Exactly. They're not trying to stamp out legal firearm sales; they're simply trying to stamp out all forms of free economy. C'mon, don't be so paranoid!
