I've OC'd into the Georgetown branch before but I was only returning kids books. I wouldn't OC into a branch if I was browsing for books as Allen County Public Library's have posted no weapons in their publications.

Doesn't matter anymore. They can't stop you from carrying, even OC, after July 1.
