my brother and i have a small debate going on.
is it better to oc or to cc?
i say oc gives bad guys second thought or deters them and my brother disagrees. his scenario is this= a bad guy could be behind you in a gas station and notice that you have a firearm and instead of being a good up standing citizen he instead decides to cap you in the back of the head and goes about his evil doings. in reality the weather actually dictates if i cc or oc but i like a good debate . what say you?
