No I wasn't carrying.
I was actually coming back from the City County building where my daughter applied for her carry license. We decided to get some breakfast and turned a corner to park and saw the flashing lights behind us. I was baffled, other than maybe the ratty car I drive being a draw.
Turns out neither my daughter or I had put on our seat belts. Going the few block I didn't even think of it and that is what I told him. He took our licenses and my registration and was gone a long time. Figured we would both get a ticket and I would not have complained since neither of us obviously did not have our seat belts on.
He let us off with a warning, which was nice of him the day before Thanksgiving.
