Actually it seems to be the opposite Of nullification. Upon further reading the jury had more to do than guilty or not. The jury has the power to decide law.
Jury nullification is written into the INDIANA CONSTITUTION.
Yet I'd bet judges would toss a trial out were that fact to be introduced at trial.
