    It only matters in the buyer's mind to mark territory or call dibs or make claim to the purchase.

    If the seller wants to sell to first in line, then there is a timeline of order in the PM's received.

    If the seller wants or doesn't want to sell to any buyer for any reason, they don't have to. There is no timeline obligation. :dunno:

    I'm not contesting the rules at all. Just saying that even though it is within the rules, bumping someone's add to the top without reason is just that. It moves everyone else's add one spot down the page.

    And yes, getting the right set of eyes on your add can at times be difficult.

    I agree with bwframe, I may not pay much attention to who responds first. I am more likely to go with someone close by, active on the board, site supporter, etc.
