We're going to Dave Ramsey's event tonight and would like to carry as usual.

They have their own security. Last incident I had there was a rap concert where one security officer was stabbed and a concert goer shooting into the crowd/air after being herded out.

I was going to say that I've never seen metal detectors or wands, and have never been patted down at the concerts I've attended there. Maybe it varies by the type of event though. John Hiatt and Lyle Lovett don't really attract a lot of "troublesome" concert goers I don't think...

I went maybe three months ago for a live podcast event, quick bag check and poorly done wands. If I was carrying left side they would not have found it.
