Why are the papers an extra $300?

its for ppl lookin for a bulldogge cheap im just tryin to help ppl out that has always wanted one but didnt want to pay a grand to 2grand for one. so if i sell for 500 without papers. i know they would be goin to a family home not a breeder home. if i add the 300 on to it for papers then you can do whatever you want with them.
