I will post pictures when the upper arrives and it becomes mated with my lower.

Yep, good ol' Cheaper Than Dirt has the DPMS M4 upper right now for $399.97 before shipping. I just ordered one from a different site (thought mine is chrome lined, the Cheaper Than Dirt one is not) or I would be all over this.

Now just to get a carry handle or BUIS.

I have looked at several in local shops and a few at the build party last month. Problem is I don't want to pay the high prices locally or get the same answer all the time that there is a 60-90 day wait time. I could have waited for the 1500 next month but having built the lower got me excited to shoot. I figure for my first AR this was the best method. Maybe my next one I will be more picky.
