Okay, I learned a few things doing this today:
1. Don't use a .45 when the rules say you get half points for coloring outside the lines
2. Don't shoot for a score at 6:00pm in January when there is hardly any light.
3. I still don't like fiber optic front sights
4. Those are some TINY elves from 25 ft
Only had that time available to shoot the target, as I was at a family member's range and am now back in Bloomington.
Gun was a STI Spartan .45 with Harrison Design plain black fixed rear sight
Well enough excuses, I shot a 3 (I didn't count the hit if I wasn't aiming at the elf I hit)
I know I can do better, but I didn't have a lot of time. My stage 2 looks a lot better.
