First time I visited cali I saw a puddle covering half of one lane on an 8 lane freeway and a "road flooded" sign in front of it. They really don't know how to deal with weather.

It is funny, I saw the same when I lived in Savannah, GA and it would dip into the 40. I'm in SoCal a lot for work and I will say though 50 in a coastal area can be freakin cold LOL. Kind of weird. I was also out there when it snowed in Malibu a coup,e years ago, you'd swear it was end days that day, every 10 minutes they broke in with news and they were anxiously awaiting the removal equipment that was coming from Big Bear. It was in the 60's on the other side of the mountain in Woodland Hills
