So... is the "nude" part the wrong part, or the "armed" part? Or, is it both together?

And, if you are wearing a holster (and I would guess a belt), are you really nude?

Good thing he is in federal court. In Utah state court public nudity will get you life in prison, death penalty qualified if the aggravating factors of coffee or beer are present.
