I do not like the fact that the language in HB 1279 is a puzzled nightmare.
It also "allows the director of the DNR" to permit the use of silencers in one part. I don't want to be allowed because an appointed demi-god deems it ok while he is in term....I wan't the elected officals to say the law is repealed so it is so!
