operation save a teenager.....LE Help Requested.

I need some LE help.

If we do this correctly, an adult will be in jail for the crimes he is doing, and a teenager will not be exposed to his lifestyle and the risks he causes.

My involvment with this issue is that I have known the family for 10 years. I can not let a teenager head down this path.

I hate these threads.....I always want to know! I can only help you with laws in AZ...although I could be helpful.
