    I don't know what others think but I don't like after market kits. The SKS is a rifle, not a bullpup. It has been time tested as a rifle, just like the AK and AR. If you want a bullpup, go buy a Steyr Aug or KSG.

    aftermarket bullpup kits will generally make a trigger 100x worse than it was before due to the length / linkages involved in making the geometries fit.

    But to each their own. I've never owned any kits nor true bullpups.

    I kinda like it. I've been thinking about getting one for an extra SKS and probably will.

    As you have seen ^^ ^^ ^^, there are purists who say leave it like it is.

    I have a few SKS. I've got a "stock" one and some to modify.
