I wish these storms would have the decency to break these branches they take down into 3' long pieces. That would be a big help.
I've seen at least 4 I think in our back yard, which is only about half an acre, but we don't have a garden anymore to attract them. I don't know what they're eating. It's not thistles, I can tell ya that.The rabbits are absolutely taking over around here.

We had a couple of hawks hanging around here last year, so that's probably why I didn't see any rabbits around last year. I haven't seen the hawks this year.We used to have a lot of hawks that kept the small game in check but I haven't seen any predator birds this year save for Heron and Tern that eat my pet fish out of the creek.
Holy crap. That's like New Zealand Giant size almost. We had one of those show up at our house when I was a kid that was obviously a runaway (or dumped) pet. When we were trying to catch it, it let out what was my first experience with a rabbit scream. That was so wild.I've seen some rabbits around the crack house that looks like they may be 10-12lb
