Kinda soupy out here. Soggy enough you'd think it'd start raining.

We had some storms last night. Woke up enough to hear the thunder. Supposed to get some more this morning maybe.

BC showed up for breakfast again so I think he has decided we are at least a part time home. (BC=Black Cat) He did let me pet him on the head today.

Just had a delicious peach. Might have to drive back to Michigan for another half bushel before they are gone. We went with the kids Friday and got a half bushel. Split them with my mom and dad and the daughter's family and we only have 10 left. The babies enjoyed the drive and they were captive in their car seats so we didn't have to chase after them for a bit. Cole did make us stop a few times so he could potty, but potty training is finally happening. He's doing great with it. I guess when Grandma said she wasn't buying anymore diapers, he took me seriously.

I need to go get some peaches too. I always like to eat a couple this time of year. The ones at the grocery are rarely very good.

We didn't go far into Michigan...just north of Niles I believe. It was a place we went to last year. I think he had found it when we still had our orchard going casue it was just north of Springhope Farms where he used to buy some fruit to supplement what we grew. We just couldn't grow everything we wanted here.
