Howdy klaus and Expat. Got the front mowed. Had to go over parts of it twice to bust up the clumps. It was close to needing baled.

Hay came today.. I was concerned because my supply got wet and ruined at a pole barn across the county.. 75 bales to move before work and then Spray some weeds today.. it’s so nice out. Opened windows to enjoy the breeze.. dogs found bunny nest and made bunny salad.. yes it’s an awesome day. How’s yours??

Had a good hour of resleep. First project is going to be spraying weeds, but first I need to turn the outside water back on. That involves moving a bunch of heavy ammo cans out of the way to get to the valve.

Got Mom and Dad's house cleaned and back home. Chicken in the crockpot is smelling good and just boiled eggs to add to salads for lunches this week. A few extra for deviled eggs. Hubby was painting the truck cab when I got home so will need to check it out. I need to see if I can get something done outside while it's so nice.

I've been out a lot today. Drag a tool with me each time. Lots to do.
The first awesome day of the year has got to be worth more than hamfisting some overdue toil.

Compared to most, I've been a slug today, but enjoyed every lazy moment.
First coat of paint on my project!

House is wide open, the furnace is off, but the firepit is going to have to wait for a less windy day.
