I've thought about trying that Irish butter (Kerrygold). Is there really a big difference between it and "regular" butter?

Spent most of the day in shop with big dog. “ Neighbor lady “ from SB was here doing some spring cleaning stopped by and chatted with wife from 11-1:30. I didn’t want to go in for lunch until she was gone. Didn’t work, got hungry too soon. Got to have an enjoyable chat with her that way tho.

I’m anxious for the one in Goshen to get built. Although it will probably put the KFC out of business. Which makes me sad, but damn, clean the place up and maybe people will come back.
