Morning pass through. Still haven't caught the mouse but could hear it again last night. Chip looks remorseful for letting it in but still hasn't caught it. Traps are being ignored.
Stayed up too late working on the current crochet project for an order so slept in a bit. My night to pick up the kids after work. They are always so excited to see me...makes it all worth it. Cole now gives me the directions to get home and likes to take different routes. Last week, we had to go on "the racetrack" aka the ramp to 30 instead of going past my work.

Dog wanted attention about 1-ish.
I let him out back. At 1AM he's not initiating a coordinated sniff mission with me.
But I could hear an owl hoot close by.
Just wanted to listen for a while.
Dog paused him, but he went right back to his hoots when the dog was back in.

Just happened here too! I looked up from what I was doing and there's a cloud moving across the yards now.
