Gooood Morning INGO! Really looking forward to the North Suburban meeting of INGO members at Big Hoffas Barbecue in Westfield this afternoon at 1330 hours.
    Should be fun! :wavey:
I used to live directly behind that place. One of my favorites. I’ll get back there one day

And one guy at the Farmer's Market had stacks of "cornhole" boards from $125 with clowns to $250 with logos like Colts, Packers, Bears and IU, Ball State and Purdue. (I liked the Cardinal!)
I'm not sure he is in compliance with "fair use" from what I saw.

I have seen how lumber is priced nutty these days, but a 2x4 stud and a half nailed to a quarter sheet of thin ply, dab of paint for $125?
    Wow.

Was curious if anyone was impacted.

NOAA warns of a wide area blackout of high-frequency radio communications for hours. The geomagnetic storm could also cause widespread voltage irregularities in power systems, which trigger false alarms on security devices, cause drag on low earth orbit satellites preventing them from orienting and cause range errors and a loss-of-lock for GPS systems.

I would love to go, put face stickers on some names, but that timing is just before some taxi work, I've agreed to.

It's close by; I go to Big Hoffa a lot.

Any clue as to how long these meet ups last?
    It would be my first.

Not yet in the ground, but I found a large 3gal pot, with a well grown day lilly, pricey. Not as pricey as I had expected.

This will take some doing to dig enough to plant this monster properly in our concrete starter garden soil.

I need two more, but they don't all have to be that big. I have a triangle to fill near an aging crab apple.

Trouble comes in deciding which corner of the triangle this beast will go.

Last year I salvaged a hollow log remnant that I grew plants in.

The variegated ivy survived the winter and is growing happy right now. It needs friends again.

I do need to see if I've got a couple of fence posts out in the shed to reinforce two of the shepherd's hooks. They were leaning pretty bad by the end of last season.

Taking a break from beating back the burning bushes out front.
We have four, five if I count the one just around the corner. All are chin height on me.

I have two more out back that I will kill and be rid of.
I have nothing against burning bushes and for about two weeks they look good in fall.
Rest of the time they are boring burglar hidey places, not much more.
