Can’t sell buildings though, some huge office buildings have gone down like 60% in some areas.

Maybe they’re sorta stuck so they might as well use it :dunno:
Well, it's second in size only to the Pentagon when it comes to federal buildings. It's a big place. I think the plan was to lease out parts of it though.

Maybe they can’t find anyone to lease :dunno:

I do agree though, if your team has been fully remote and productive, no reason to bring them back in regularly. I could see quarterly meetings or something

Even our "all hands" meetings are at least partly virtual via Teams now. Meeting in Cleveland, with Indy and other locations attending virtually, and vice versa.

Another part of it is probably some old school management that have the "butts in seats" mentality. They don't think that people can be productive without someone looking over their shoulder. And some can't. But the non-productive ones should weed themselves out. Nobody's ever accused me of not being productive though.

I’ve got a recall on mine for that, but Ford doesn’t have the parts for the Mustangs yet. So I get a letter every 6 months saying “hey, there’s a recall. We can’t fix it yet so just hang tight and we’ll contact you later”

My wife's Chrysler 300 has a recall on the airbags control something or other. Easy fix they say.

Last week they were scheduled to come out to our house to diddle something and fix it all.

They called about two hours after the appointment to tell us they would be here within the hour.

Wife had to take off for work by then.
    Oh, well. Try again later.
