The neighborhood in Indianapolis where I live has a community area for "all kinds" of recreation. We were basically roped into buying this land by a group of homeowners. Since I have access to this property, I'd like to take full advantage of it and do some outdoor target shooting. Unfortunately, trying to dig up the city/county/state laws has been a challenge. I suspect that Indy has draconian laws prohibiting outdoor shooting in all if not some areas but the question comes down to, what's the difference if you're shooting indoors vs. outdoors other than striking fear in the Left? Sure, shooting indoors "protects" the Left from the oppressive nature of the Second Amendment. Yeah, right.
Does anyone know what the legislation is in this case? I'm guessing that it's prohibited but I'm also hoping for a loophole.
