Was it a springfield or a Norinco? That was a smoking deal if a Springfield armory; assuming it wasn't trashed.

I left long before the pistols were sold. It seemed like a majority of people were there for the pistols. Lots and lots of people were handling them. My guess is that it didn't go cheap.

I bet some moron paid over $500 for the that Charles Daley 1911 too. That thing was about junk too. The rifling was almost gone.

The 27 was a gen 2.5. It went for $360. The 23 was a gen 2 and went for $390 I think.

The deal of the day may have been the Parker double barrel. I wanted to bid on it but the way they had zip the ties you couldn't close it up. The hinge pin had play but you couldn't test it locked up to see if it was tight. It went for $300. Not being able to close the dang thing hurt the price because I didn't even bid. Didn't want to spend 5 or 6 hundred for a wall hanger even if it was a Parker wall hanger.

I purchased one but should have had two. The sound system was not the best and got beat by 5 dollars when I thought I won.The prices for many of the pistols were beyond normal used prices.THE PRICES FOR THE RUSTY GUNS WERE UNREAL....

I was there. I didn't find anything to be sold at a real bargain price. A few things priced out okay by me. Considering all of the guns were confiscated and there was no way to know any history on them I thought overall the prices were high. I kept track of the 130 that were posted on the auction site beforehand. I can try to post the excel sheet later. I believe 140 were sold.

Glad to help out with the prices. It was easy to paste it into the forum from a "copy" command in excel.
We had a good time. I saw several people I know. The breakfast pizza wasn't bad. Nice way to get out of the house for awhile.

Wow whomever got that lever action Remington for $160 in happier than a pig in poop! Actually some very good prices on a few items depending upon condition. Kind of wish I made the trip up there. I would have bid them up then drop it like it hawt!

Thank you my Glock brother and EyeCarry, for the info, I would have paid about that for eaither Glock the 23 or 27, so they went for a fair price (IMHO), some deals out there I see, wish more Sheriffs auctions were avaliable to the public.
