I filled mine in over a year ago and carry mine regularly and shoot it frequently. I haven't had any noticeable wear or peeling...just thought I'd share that...

Cool, but i shoot and clean my weapons on a regular basis and not worth it on mine.

I am not exactly what you would call a "Glock guy" even though I have owned a few of them. Has anyone ever nickle plated the slide, or maybe Gold electroplate? How about cut engraving? Up to this point the polymer frame pistols are the only ones I have never seen customized that way.
