These are sweet red dots for the price so I thought I would share. Bushnell TRS 1x25mm Red Dot 731303

Would one fit on my Marlin XT-22? That's the only rifle I have other than a shotgun.

I would think so as long as you have rails on your weapon to attach it. You can buy a UTG Riser if you wanted to go along with it for $7 also.

I could always buy it. If it doesn't fit on the 22, it's a good excuse to buy another gun

If you really want to ring out the accuracy of that Marlin, you might want to look at a Vortex Crossfire II. It wouldn't run a whole lot more than the Bushnell red dot.

A red dot on a shotgun, on the other hand, is very intriguing.

Got one on my GP100 and has held zero after 250 + rds. Has also helped my accuracy at 25yds.

I use it as my range gun so I don't have a holster. Would be interesting to see someone who did even if not completely practical in a real life need.
