Papa Roux Closing

It's his ex wife running it now. They are carry out only I believe. No dine in. (such as it was) I hope she can make it work. I liked their food. Their service was awful.

My buddy is dating "mama roux" ...I see updates of FB from time to time.

She is trying to get it off the ground. They are doing some catering as well as carry out as a stepping stone, I believe.

Just went to Yo Mama Roux for lunch. Carry out only but has some damn good food!

I had this:
Crawpig! Available only in February!
Sausage, crawfish, bacon, provolone, bbq sauce, grilled onion, coleslaw, vouxdoux sauce. Good gracious, shut up and eat this!

I've had it twice since they reopened, and I live more than an hour away. It really is good food.

That crawpig sounds amazing. I'll have to try to get back next week.
