I used a .22 in the living room.

    Once.

About 30 years ago while I was at my uncle's house watching a football game in his living room he goes "don't move" and before I know it he pulls out a 44 mag revolver and shoots a mangy cat on his porch through his glass storm door while sitting in his recliner (he was a home builder so he acted like no big deal he just shattered the storm door in pieces). He also managed to send that cat to the Beyond. I think my ears are still ringing.

Had you been a suitor to one of his daughters it would have been an effective message.

Were there possibly other young men there?

. I had a friend that had a 3 bay mechanic shop and could pop a mouse with a bb gun sitting at his office desk

I'm not surprised. A:. How did your friend know it was just a bb gun? B:. What was the mouse planning to do with the bb gun? C:Why was the mouse sitting at his desk?

Wait a minute! Was it your friend's desk, or the mouse's desk?
    Dammit, man! We need answers!

    THAT would've been epic.
(Spits tobacco juice into an old green bean can). "Yep,. Same thing happened to that little S.O.B. who brought Lerlene home 15 minutes late Tuesday night. That's the third dang screen door this week!"

Yep, punctuation, specifically commas, make all the difference.
