I've changed out hvac systems taken out by raw sewage caused by a backup. Sewage still in equipment...

Homes where what appears to be 1,000's of roaches scatter. (Maybe only hundreds -still to many.)

Only job I have turned down was where the cat urine stopped you about 20 feet from the front door.
