The Patriot Act was a joke. They pushed it through in an environment of fear, with little thought of the liberties they were infringing upon. I am happy every time I see a Judge rule another part of it unconstitutional.

agreed - they want fear so that they can use it to remove our freedoms. It is likely to get worse before it gets better I am afraid.
