I wanted a case for my first ar build I recently completed. I was interested in something that was smaller and fit a disassembled rifle. Of course the Pelican cases are top of the line, but they are a pretty penny. I looked high and low and finally came across a company outside of Dayton called MCM Electronics that carries a knock-off. This case has internal dimensions of 25" x 13" x 6½" and has 2 layers of pick and pull foam as well as a bottom solid foam layer and egg crate type foam in the lid. Has 5 pretty heavy duty latches. Cost was $66.32 to my door and got here in basically a day.

Hey Ragnar, any way you could post a pic of that case sitting next to you, or in your hand? Trying to get an idea of how big it is externally. It measures right to be great for my SBR, but I don't want it to be too big.

    Also, is it lockable?
